Clutch Pro Tour

Founded in 2019 by Tom Hayward, the Clutch Pro Tour is a series of developmental golf tournaments played predominantly in England. The tour is open to both male and female professionals, emphasising inclusivity in the sport. The tour was created to provide lower-level professionals with more playing opportunities and aid in the progression of their careers. In May 2022, the tour underwent a sponsorship agreement with Mizuno Golf, further elevating its stature in the golfing community.

In a significant development in December 2022, the Clutch Pro Tour, along with the Tartan Pro Tour, became official feeder tours to the Challenge Tour, replacing the now-defunct PGA EuroPro Tour. This partnership ensures that the top two players on the Clutch Pro Tour's Order of Merit receive Challenge Tour status, providing a clear pathway to higher professional levels.

The Clutch Pro Tour has consistently provided a platform for golfers to gain essential tournament experience, helping them transition to larger stages in the golfing world. The tour's commitment to inclusivity is evident, ensuring a diverse representation of talent.
