As part of Exclusive Hotels, guests of
our Sussex golf course at Mannings Heath have two fabulous
options for their stay: our Fullers Cottage, just a 'short
putt' away from the golf clubhouse, or our stunning five-star
sister property South Lodge Hotel, just a five minute
drive away offering both exclusive suites and bedrooms and
their own cottage, the Bothy!
Fullers Cottage...
...30 Seconds from bed to first tee!
Our 19th Century Cottage Fullers Cottage has
been beautifully restored offering character filled accommodation
just a short putt away from the clubhouse. For up to 8 guests it
offers a private garden, TV & DVD, club storage area, free
WiFi and full use of all the clubhouse facilities including the AA
Rosetted restaurant, Spike Bar and steam room.
The cottage is booked on an exclusive basis
and for a minimum of 4 guests:
- £99 per person per night Sunday – Thursday
- £109 per person per night Friday – Saturday
Fullers can sleep:
- 3 bedrooms each with double zip & link for either
double or twin occupancy
- 1 bedroom with a two double beds & one single bed
- 1 family style bathroom with additional shower wet room
- Travel cot and high chair available at request
- Please note that from 1st May, the cottage will be able to
sleep 8 individual golfers in twin beds!

Top 100 Championship Waterfall Course and 18 holes on the

The
Bothy Cottage
at South Lodge Hotel
Set in it's own garden within
the five-star South Lodge Hotel and oozing country charm
you will find a spacious cottage with all the amenities
and comforts you would expect from a world-class hotel. It’s a
family home set within the 93 acres of South Lodge’s stunning
grounds. Downstairs discover a traditional lounge and pine
kitchen.
Only 5 minutes drive from Mannings Heath, our
guests have an additional option for their Exclusive Cottage
breaks.
The Bothy can sleep:
- 4 bedrooms each with queen sized beds
- 2 bedrooms with single beds
- 2 family style bathrooms
- Travel cot and high chair available at request.
The cottage is booked on an exclusive basis and for a minimum of
4 guests:
- From £109 per person per night Sunday – Friday
- From £129 per person per night Saturday
