Chefs at our restaurant in Sussex...Head Chef Robbie Pierce is already an award-winner, having been the first Golf Club Restaurant in the UK to gain an AA rosette. He has gone from strength to strength with a total commitment to sourcing local produce ensuring he captures the unique and true, flavours and tastes of Sussex. 

Traditional favourites sit alongside imaginative new ideas and are changed regularly to ensure you plan your return.


Spike Bar and Lounges

Due to popular demand he has introduced favourites such as Bangers and Mash, Pasta Bowls, Hearty Homemade Soup and Toad in the Hole to ensure the Spike Bar and Lounge Menu diners can grab a bite to eat or sit and relax at their own pace.


The Goldings Restaurant

Alternatively The Goldings Restaurant presents wonderful offerings such as Shiitake Mushrooms, Garlic Fondant and Ginger Jus, Honey Roast Barbary Duck with Warm Beetroot and Red Onion Relish with Cocotte Potatoes and  Crispy Garlic and Lemon Fritto Misto of South Coast Fish served with Aioli, Rocket and Plum Tomato Salad. Just some of the delicious reasons that the restaurant is an award winner and is fast becoming a destination in its own right.
