Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Mannings Heath offers dining guests breathtaking, panoramic views over the lush English countryside and across the South Downs. The atmosphere inside our restaurant and dining facilities is luxurious, welcoming and focused on excellent service delivery. Our menus are designed around the freshest, seasonally inspired ingredients and every dish is well crafted.

For casual dining, great breakfast, brunch and light lunches our Lounge and Spike Bar menu is available 7 days a week. Open to Members and Visitors alike, the Benguela Brasserie restaurant serves alfresco lunches and delightful dinners from Thursday to Sunday.

Our menus change frequently based on which fine, fresh ingredients are in season. Our inspired and dedicated team in the kitchen, is led by Head Chef Nick McAllister. Nick is keenly focused on sourcing the finest, freshest ingredients Sussex has to offer. We are delighted to invite you to enjoy honestly good food, expertly prepared and served in style.

Did you know: 90% of the provisions and produce we serve are grown, fished, churned, cured or produced from within a 30 mile radius, as we believe Sussex has some of the best ingredients to offer. Therefore, we should champion these local artisans so they may carry on supplying us with scrumptious goodness.
