Springs oak smoked salmon, smoked salmon & horseradish mousse, pickled shallots, sorrel, sourdough toast and a sweet gin vinaigrette.
Smoked duck breast, charred scallion, pickled cucumber and spiced plum sauce.
(V) Parsnip, cumin and coriander soup with toasted walnuts.
Traditional roast turkey breast and braised leg, Benguela Cove olive oil roast potatoes, Pigs in a blanket, truffle honey roast parsnips, sausage & chestnut stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and proper gravy.
Aromatic spiced hake fillet, stir-fried vegetables, Atlantic prawn masala and coconut sauce.
