Two Exceptional Golf Courses

Our 500-acre estate is home to two Harry Colt-designed golf courses. The Waterfall Course delivers a challenging and scenic championship experience, while the Kingfisher Course offers a more relaxed round, perfect for warming up or winding down. 

Both courses are set amidst ancient woodland and the rolling hills of the Sussex Weald, creating a truly unforgettable setting for your game.

After your round, unwind in comfort. Stay overnight in our Vineyard Hotel, featuring nine individually designed boutique apartments. Just a short walk from the clubhouse, each room combines elegant character with modern luxury. The on-site kitchen serves seasonal dishes that showcase the very best of Sussex’s local produce. 

Travelling as a group? Fullers Cottage, our self-catered countryside retreat, can accommodate up to 8 guests. With a private garden, fully equipped kitchen, and cosy living spaces, it’s the perfect base for a longer stay in serene surroundings.
