We care about every visitor and strive to create a friendly environment at the estate that can be enjoyed by all.

The property has spaces designated for disabled parking, located near the main entrance with low reception counters to meet the needs of visitors using wheelchairs.

FAQ’s

What is your dog's policy?

We encourage visitors to bring well-behaved dogs on short leads with them. We request that owners please clean up after their dogs and dispose of their mess using biodegradable bags.

Dogs are not allowed on the golf course.

What is your food policy?

Only food or drink purchased on these premises is allowed for consumption on our property.

As a Heritage Site, we take extreme care of the fauna and flora of our ecosystem. Our products are carefully sourced and respectfully request that you abide by these rules.

Are we allowed to bring our own picnic baskets?

No outside food or drink is allowed. We have a selection of local Sussex meats and cheeses, and various freshly baked breads. We also have pre-packaged sandwiches, cakes, pastries and a wide variety of sweet and savoury nibbles. Soft drinks, wine and bubbly are available to purchase at our estate.

Do you cater for vegetarian and gluten-free diets?

Yes, our cafés and restaurant have a selection of vegetarian and gluten-free foods available daily. If you are visiting Mannings Heath estate for Afternoon Tea, The Vineyard Kitchen Restaurant or The Wine Lounge we can cater for all dietary requirements but request 48 hours’ notice to allow sufficient time for preparation.

Is Mannings Heath Estate accessible to wheelchair and mobility scooter users?

All facilities, i.e. entrance gates, restaurants, shops and venues, are wheelchair friendly.

Are drones and model aircraft permitted?

The use of UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) or drones, is not permitted on or over Mannings Heath Estate due to privacy unless otherwise agreed.

How long do you need at Mannings Heath Estate?

For dining at the Vineyard Kitchen Restaurant, we recommend 2-3 hours per trip to fully enjoy what is on offer.

For Wine Tasting we recommend 2-4 hours per trip to fully enjoy what is on offer.

For Golf, we recommend 4-6 hours per trip to fully enjoy what is on offer.

Is there free parking on site?

Yes, parking for coaches and cars is available at the entrance of Mannings Heath Estate. Disabled parking is located near the main entrance.
