Our Chef’s Seasonal Showcase celebrates this rhythm of nature through a series of immersive dining experiences that highlight the finest local and estate-grown produce.
Guided by the seasons and the beauty of the Leonardslee estate, our Head Chef curates a three-course menu where each dish reflects the character and abundance of its moment in time. From crisp winter roots to delicate spring greens, every ingredient is carefully chosen to showcase freshness, sustainability, and harmony with nature.
Each menu can be enjoyed with award-winning wines from Leonardslee Family Vineyards and Benguela Cove Wine Estate, bringing balance and depth to the experience. Guests can enjoy wine selections for £20 per person, available in advance or on the evening.

Introducing Chef Kelly Pietersen: Crafting Flavours at The Vineyard Kitchen
Chef Kelly Pietersen leads The Vineyard Kitchen with a warm, welcoming approach shaped by years of experience across the Benguela Collection.
After beginning her career at the 5-star Lakeside Lodge & Spa in South Africa, she joined Penny Streeter at Leonardslee in 2019 before moving to Mannings Heath during the pandemic. There, she played a key role in establishing The Vineyard Kitchen.
Since 2021, Kelly has overseen the restaurant’s evolution from a simple takeaway service to a vibrant, all-day dining space offering brunch, lunch and dinner for golfers, hotel guests, and local visitors. Her focus is on approachable, flavourful dishes that suit a wide range of guests, from those wanting a hearty meal to others looking for something lighter.
With her friendly leadership and thoughtful menu development, Kelly has helped shape The Vineyard Kitchen into a relaxed, community-minded place where everyone feels at home.
