Our chefs craft each course to reflect the best of the season, using locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients. These dishes are paired thoughtfully with our wines, from the delicate Brut Rosé 2021 and Blanc de Blancs 2020, celebrated with 90+ points on the global stage, to our expressive still wines, allowing every bite and sip to tell a story.

Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens: World Flavours at The Clocktower Kitchen
Our Wine & Dine evenings bring global inspiration to the Sussex countryside. Each event celebrates a different cuisine from around the world, re-imagined with fresh, seasonal ingredients and paired with two exceptional South African wines from our sister estate, Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate. Guests are welcomed with a glass of Leonardslee Family Vineyards sparkling, followed by a three-course menu inspired by the featured region’s flavours, from the sun-drenched coastlines of Portugal to the spice-laden warmth of the Caribbean.
