We are delighted to announce that Restaurant Interlude has been shortlisted for the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards 2025–2026, in the category of AA Restaurant with Rooms of the Year. The winners will be revealed on 22 September at the iconic JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London, where the best of UK hospitality will be celebrated in one of the industry’s most anticipated evenings.

For over a century, the AA Hospitality Awards have recognised excellence across the industry. From awarding rosettes to the nation’s top restaurants to highlighting outstanding hotels, chefs, and service teams, the AA remains one of the most trusted authorities in British hospitality. To be named among the shortlisted restaurants for 2025–2026 is an honour that reflects both our dedication to the craft of fine dining and the unique experience we aim to offer every guest.

Since opening within the historic Leonardslee House, Restaurant Interlude has sought to create an immersive journey through food and place. Guided by the seasons and inspired by the 240-acre Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens, Chef Jean Delport and the team craft tasting menus that blend modern innovation with ingredients foraged, grown, and produced within the estate itself.
